This is such an incredible list, I love all of them. One of my favorite things about your lists is not just the care (which is obvious from everything you do) but the thoughtfulness of the list itself. Your seasonal lists are some of my favorites and I wait for them every season!
As a stubborn optimist, I need to check out this Sunny book. I think it would be right up my alley! And those illustrations on the Building book...WOW!
"I lament all the titles I’ll never get to in my lifetime" - I feel this *deeply* !!
I just put 'Building' on my library list and passed along the Joshua books (her little guy will love them!). I'm thankful my (ahem) 15 year old artist - booklover still once in awhile allows me to read aloud to her picture books. I know she'll like this one. We have a resident beaver in our town - I pass his lodge a few times a week when I walk my dog.
You always have the best picture book recommendations! I think my kids would love the first two. The rain doesn't seem to bother them!
Thanks, Kuleigh! Hope they enjoy.

That’s such a compliment — thank you so much, Sri 🩷
Such a great list

The illustrations are even better on the inside!
I’ve only read one of the books on this list!
Oh good? (Which one?)
I love that you recommend books that I've not read before! Always such great roundups — so thoughtful!
Makes me feel like I’ve accomplished something big 😉

Amazing list, Sarah. We fly home tomorrow night and I can't wait to collect my stack of holds on Saturday afternoon after my post-red eye nap.
Also, we LOVE rain in Colorado because we get so little of it. It's such a novelty.
